Truth will be found Within

In a world of mass confusion, truth will be found within

As I mentioned in my last blog, I was invited to sing at a Christian women's conference on the island. The theme of the conference was ''truth'', and so I performed Mozart's 'Laudate Dominum'.

Praise the Lord, all nations;

Praise Him, all people.

For He has bestowed

His mercy upon us,

And the truth of the Lord endures forever.

One of the speakers mentioned that there is so much mistruth in the world at the moment. I would agree; in watching the unfolding of mainstream and alternative media portrayals of current events for the last few years, I have not seen such mixed messaging and convoluted twists and turns of narratives as have been presented during the last few weeks. This might be the first time I have had to refrain from analysing the intentions, as with each new twist and turn the message almost becomes beyond me. My advice - observe and don't emotionally attach. A common view is that the media's role is to keep us updated with world events. The reality is that media is utilised to guide public opinion and present the information that the powers that be wish us to have access to.

As this 'great awakening' streams across the nations, I believe that the intentions are changing. We are being prompted to think for ourselves and make a stand for our personal truths and values. Many perspectives are intentionally being presented and exposed - the extremes of right and left political views - issues such as religion, abortion, transgender politics, gun ownership, nationalism, and the rights of citizenship. Gender roles and the traditional family are also being explored. Governments are being overthrown and replaced. And, then there is another divide - between the artificial intelligence/consciousness and the Christ/God consciousness. With which do these issues belong? Which are we consciously or unconsciously leaning towards?

Yes, there is mass confusion and, as a result, much fear. I understand that there is perceived safety in aligning to a doctrine or set of beliefs, however, this is not real safety, and this is not where we will find the answers. We are being given the best possible opportunity to consider a wide range of ideas and perspectives, and the answers will be found within. There is no privileged 'chosen' group or set of beliefs that will ensure our place in a higher dimensional realm or in the world to come. All souls are equally worthy, and all souls must choose. There will be no religion in the world to come, and I believe that religion is being publicly explored and exposed so that humanity can choose whether they are ready to embrace the openness of ever-expanding consciousness.

For me, Spirituality means that I love and take care of myself, others and the planet. It means that I, like every human on this earth, have direct access to God or Spirit and that I trust I am being protected and guided. It means that I recognise the consciousness of every living thing and the value of all created beings. I see my value and potential as infinite - no, I do not view myself as ''nothing'' or ''zero'' as was expressed by one of the speakers at the conference. Whatever you conceive God to be, there is no infinite creator who would view his creation as ''nothing''. We are not empty vessels, but ever-evolving souls, working in partnership with Spirit but having a physical experience.

And, if we view ourselves as 'nothing' or as not capable of discernment of truths, how will we be potent in the world? We didn't come here to obey and be subservient - we came here to create and to express in order that we might expand into beings with greater capacity to love and to be loved. With whatever hopelessness humanity is experiencing, is the breakdown that happens before the breakthrough. All will become clear, but it is our job to find clarity. Think of the political stage as just that - a stage with actors - ''central casting''. As much as this appears as reality, it is not reality - it is an illusion. Reality is the ongoing creation that we are a part of in our everyday lives.

Reality is the beauty that we breathe in - with our eyes - with our souls. Creation is the frequency that we omit when we smile or laugh or hug someone. Creation is the ever-alluring anticipation of the joy we will experience - the love we will experience. Reality is the experiencing of it in the here and now. Creation is the appreciation of the delights of nature, or a kind word from a friend. Reality is realising that we have become more than we thought possible. Nothing that happens in the wider world will negate the selves we have created in our inner and outer worlds. We will continue to expand through every incarnation of this planet and its people.

I keep hearing about 'chosen ones' lately. There are no chosen ones - we are all on an expansion journey. If we choose to work with our light, we are lightworkers. I see evidence of my many roles in reflections from others, in my dreams, and in the synchronicities that appear with abundance. Most of all, I see it in my motivation to focus on creating a more healed and whole world - within and without. We focus on such small things sometimes - material possessions, physical security, separation, and comparison, when we could be experiencing compassion, excitement, knowingness - peace. How are we walking through our days? Where are we placing our focus?

We must trust ourselves rather than the word of any person or organisation. We must 'trust'. Some appear to be stepping backwards into contraction rather than forwards into expansion. When I relax into the flow of universal consciousness, there is no lack or fear. There are no words that I have to say, or rituals that I must perform. There are no agreements to break or contracts from which to become unbound. There is only universal love and protection - as a child of God. We must find safety within ourselves so we feel safe and free to continue our mission here - wherever it takes us. Our Spiritual gifts will continue to awaken and become visible, and there is so much joy in this. We are free to exist in the realm of infinite possibilities. We are free to just 'be' - existing aligned and at peace with the truth that we find within.
