I was privileged to attend our own island nightingale's private performance on ANZAC Day, as she related her interpretation of wartime experiences from different perspectives, in a series of songs and words. Thank you Penny, you had us all reaching for the tissues.

Thank you so much for the incredible private singing performance. It was truly magnificent — your voice, emotion, and presence made the whole experience feel special and unforgettable. We feel very lucky to have been able to hear something so personal and beautifully delivered.
 
Such a glorious commemoration of family, partings, sweethearts and uncertainty. Songs from Deanna Durbin, Judy Garland and old movies. Beautifully performed by Penelope in a lovely cosy setting. ..like going back in time. Many heartfelt tears were shed and memories evoked and shared. What a wonderful way to reminisce.
